Scholarship Application

2. Stephanie Leung Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility : any student who will be attending first year post-secondary education and is a CCNC member of good standing or whose CCNC family membership is of good standing.

Criteria : The Scholarship Committee will consider the following factors in awarding the    scholarship :Scholastic achievement, extra-curricular activities, community involvement, CCNC involvement; and other outstanding merits.

Application: Complete the application form and send to CCNC London (1701 Trafalgar St., London, ON., N5W 1X2)  on or before May 15, 2011 with official school transcript.
